หลักการและเหตุผล

จากนโยบายรัฐบาลในการพัฒนาประเทศไทยโดยใช้โมเดลเศรษฐกิจสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model: BCG) ซึ่งส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดัน "Soft Power" ไทย เพิ่มมูลค่าเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ที่เน้นการพัฒนาด้วย "ปัญญา” และ "สร้างสรรค์"

ประเทศไทยมีจุดเด่นและความพร้อมด้านทุนวัฒนธรรมต่าง ๆ ทั้งศิลปหัตถกรรม ประเพณี สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและชุมชนที่มีอัตลักษณ์ของตนเอง นำมาผนวกกับความคิดสร้างสรรค์และงานฝีมือของคนไทย รัฐบาลเร่งเดินหน้าส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของไทยใน 15 สาขา ได้แก่ งานฝีมือและหัตถกรรม ดนตรี ศิลปะการแสดง ทัศนศิลป์ ภาพยนตร์ การแพร่ภาพและกระจายเสียง การพิมพ์ ซอฟต์แวร์ การโฆษณา การออกแบบ การให้บริการด้านสถาปัตยกรรม แฟชั่น อาหารไทย การแพทย์แผนไทย การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม และการอนุรักษ์และขับเคลื่อนเทศกาลประเพณีสู่ระดับโลก (Festival)

การประชุมวิชาการทางด้านศิลปกรรม งานวิจัยและผลงานสร้างสรรค์ระดับนานาชาติครั้งที่ 7 ประจำปี 2568 มีการจัดทำความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระดับโครงการกว่า 12 สถาบันในประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่ดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่องถึงปีที่ 10 เพื่อก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายทางวิชาการในวงกว้างในระดับนานาชาติ สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ

คณาจารย์ได้มีโอกาสในการผลิตผลงานวิชาการที่มาจากการนำเสนอผลงานสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งเป็นพันธกิจที่คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ให้การสนับสนุน และเป็นการสร้างบรรยากาศทางวิชาการ ตลอดจนการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรและนักศึกษา โดยเฉพาะในสาขาศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ ได้นำเสนอผลงานสร้างสรรค์ที่สอดรับกับปรัชญา วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ และเป้าประสงค์ในแผนกลยุทธ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย

ปีนี้คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติครั้งนี้ เพื่อก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายทางวิชาการในวงกว้าง การตระหนักถึงความสำคัญดังกล่าว จึงได้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมประชุมวิชาการ โดยคาดหวังว่ากิจกรรมนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาผลงานสร้างสรรค์ของคณาจารย์ รวมถึงเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรทางการศึกษาด้านศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ทั่วประเทศได้นำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการสู่สาธารณชน

นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นการสร้างความร่วมมือทางด้านวิชาการและผลงานสร้างสรรค์ ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยภาครัฐและเอกชนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนานวัตกรรม สร้างสรรค์ผลงานใหม่ และต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของชุมชน รวมถึงสนับสนุนให้การจัดการศึกษาของประเทศมีความเข้มแข็งและพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

Rationale and Background

In accordance with the Thai Government’s policy on national development through the Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) Model, one of the key strategies is to enhance Thailand’s “Soft Power” and increase the value of the creative economy driven by “intelligence” and “creativity.”

Thailand possesses unique cultural assets and strengths—ranging from arts and crafts, traditions, and distinctive local communities to cultural tourism—which, when combined with Thai creativity and craftsmanship, form a strong foundation for sustainable economic growth. The government is therefore promoting the development of Thailand’s creative industries across 15 sectors: handicrafts, performing arts, music, visual arts, film, broadcasting, publishing, software, advertising, design, architectural services, fashion, Thai cuisine, traditional medicine, cultural tourism, and the preservation and globalization of traditional festivals.

The 7th International Conference on Fine Arts, Research, and Creative Works 2025 is being organized as part of a long-standing academic collaboration (MOU) among more than 12 institutions nationwide. This project, now in its 10th year, aims to expand academic networks at both national and international levels, in alignment with the country’s economic development goals.

The conference provides a platform for faculty members to present academic and creative works, reflecting the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences’ commitment to supporting scholarly activities and fostering an academic atmosphere that encourages both staff and students—particularly in the field of Fine and Applied Arts—to showcase their creative achievements in accordance with the university’s philosophy, vision, mission, and strategic goals.

This year, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, serves as the host institution of this international academic conference. The event is intended to strengthen international academic collaboration, enhance the exchange of creative ideas and research findings, and promote the development of innovation in the fine arts.

It also aims to provide valuable opportunities for academics and practitioners in the field of fine arts across Thailand to present their research and creative works to the public, and to establish long-term cooperation between public and private universities both domestically and internationally.

Ultimately, the conference aspires to foster academic innovation, contribute to community development, and strengthen the sustainability and continuity of Thailand’s educational advancement.
